Cardiff Airport is committed to two way communication between the airport and the community in which it sits and serves.
Cardiff Airport Consultative Committee (CACC)

Cardiff Airport has a long established committee which includes representatives from surrounding local authorities and various other stakeholder groups. The committee meets every three months and considers a wide range of issues concerned with operations of the airport including development, environmental issues, community projects and customer service.
Members of the public are invited to attend and given the opportunity to speak after the formal part of the meeting is complete.

Community boards and committees
Several members of the Cardiff Airport Senior Management team sit on local steering groups, boards and committees representing the views of Cardiff Airport these include;

Community tours and presentations
Cardiff Airport welcomes many groups to the airport throughout the year in addition to the learning programme for tours and/ or presentations.
These will be limited to 20 visitors per session. The sessions will last between 2 - 3 hours depending on the requirement to go airside.
A maximum charge of £100 per visit will be made to cover associated costs. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before hand.
Presentations will be pre-prepared and tailored to meet the needs of the group attending.
Application
To apply for tours and presentations the organisation must send in writing a proposed plan detailing the purpose, aims and objectives of the group.
The organisation must also provide the following information;
- The number of attendees
- The requirements of the attendees
- Preferred dates/times for activity to take place (within airport parameters)
