Cardiff Airport has Airport Operations Assistants (AOAs) in the terminal working to improve customer services for passengers.
The AOAs have replaced the Information Desk, making the team more proactive and mobile to ensure they are on hand and able to deal with any day to day passenger requirements.
The team are contactable by nine call points located around the terminal building and will be able to make terminal announcements and flight calls from mobile tannoy units. All AOAs will also be first aid trained.
If you require any assistance when travelling through the airport please look for one of the nine customer service call points located throughout the terminal and pick up the phone to speak to one of the team.
The airport switchboard remains on hand to answer external calls.
