Communication Facilities
Internet kiosks

Internet kiosks are available in the terminal giving passengers a chance to browse the web before boarding.
The kiosks have been installed in the following locations:
- two in the check in hall which also have printing facilities
- one in the landside food hall on first floor
- four in the departure lounge
The kiosks provide fast, reliable internet access during their time at the airport, and passengers will be charged 10p a minute to browse the internet, with an additional charge for printing.
Passengers will be able to check-in online and print their own travel documents at the airport, and the kiosks are designed with integrated A4 Laser Printers and Skype phone service.
A mobile phone charging function will also be installed in a few weeks. This means a battery charging service for a variety of mobile phones will be available in the kiosk for passengers to charge their phones before departing at no extra cost.
BT Openzone Internet Access

Cardiff Airport offers wireless internet access throughout the terminal.
However customers must subscribe online to BT Openzone wireless internet access before travelling to the airport.
